This modern penthouse is located in a central part of the city that has the privilege to view the sea and the city’s rooftops as far as the eye can see. At the same time this flat building set the tone for a completely new kind of housing development in Chania, one that has focused on functionality and carefully considered details.
From the beginning in this apartment, we wanted to get as much open and airy social space as possible by placing the Kitchen at the back of the big space of the floor and through the dining table we wanted to blend the Kitchen into the rest of the environment.
Dominant element in the space is this modern sculptural stair, that initially leads us to a small living room – office in the attic and then to the two bedrooms on the first floor.

For the bedrooms we collected furniture with a similar apartment pallet and bespoke headboards with grey fabric and stripes in different compositions in order to give character to the rooms. The setting is completed with the iconic ‘’zola’’ night tables in natural color
